To optimize the health and safety of live aquatic animals, we ship orders Monday through Thursday. This schedule avoids weekend transit delays that can compromise live arrivals. Orders placed after Thursday are processed and shipped the following Monday.

For customers in Wyoming, we offer Same Day Delivery for orders placed before 10 AM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), at a shipping fee of $60. This service ensures your aquatic pets reach you quickly and safely.

For all other locations, we provide affordable and reliable shipping options with a flat $40 shipping fee, offering delivery within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier choice.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor your package in real time from our facility to your doorstep.

Every order includes a flat $25.99 boxing and handling fee per box, which covers our industry-leading packaging process designed specifically for live aquatic animals. Our packaging includes:

Carrier Delivery Windows & Policies

• USPS: Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days, offering extensive coverage across the United States. USPS has specific restrictions on live animal shipments and temperature limitations to ensure animal welfare.

• FedEx: Offers express shipping with delivery windows between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., with most express shipments arriving by noon or end of day. FedEx requires packaging approval for live animals and provides overnight and 2-day express options.

• DHL: Provides fast international express delivery, typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. DHL enforces strict customs and animal welfare policies to ensure safe and compliant shipments worldwide.

Critical Shipping Information

• We never ship live animals on weekends or holidays to prevent prolonged transit times that could jeopardize animal health.

• Shipments may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (temperatures below 30°F or above 90°F), natural disasters, or major holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.

• Our packaging complies fully with carrier regulations, including FedEx’s rigorous packaging approval process for live animals.

• Frozen or temperature-sensitive accessories are shipped with insulated packaging and strongly recommended express shipping to maintain product integrity.

• Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee; please contact customer service to arrange.

• We require a full street address for delivery; PO boxes are not accepted to ensure secure and timely receipt of your order.
